Pacific Wave Systems (PWS) was founded in 1990 to provide state-of-the-art microwave components for the microwave and aerospace industries. PWS specializes in aluminum dip-brazing, silver brazing and soldering, along with waveguide bending and forming. PWS has the capability to electrical test all of the products it manufactures, as well as provide electroplating and painting. These features enable PWS to handle any job from start to finish. ? Responsible for producing manufacturing drawings from Pro E models, IGES files, Step files, Ideas files and related engineering drawings. ? Generate Bill of Materials for Assemblies. ? Provide input on plans, schedules and resource estimates to accomplish project objectives.
Requirements:
? Associates degree in computer aided mechanical design or equivalent. ? 3-5 years of Pro E design experience with mechanical products. ? Knowledge of design and manufacturing processes for mechanical products. ? Ability to read and understand drawings, schematics, blue prints, and build instructions. ? Good interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written. ? Needs to be self-motivated and work independently on assignments with minimal oversight or direction. ? Knowledgeable in the use of computer programs (MS Word, MS Excel, etc.). ? Must be a U.S. or Naturalized citizen.
