Are you an experienced customer service manager ready to get to the next level? We are a high-end cosmetics company that is rapidly expanding. YOU might be who we need!
The skills you'll need:
• Proven ability to lead and develop a medium-sized team of customer service reps • Excellent analytical and reporting capabilities • Ability to evaluate and improve efficiency and customer satisfaction • Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail • Superior leadership and teambuilding ability • Experience doing this type of work with a direct response company is appreciated but not necessary
What you'll be doing:
• Hiring, training, coaching, and evaluating employees to ensure they consistently demonstrate the knowledge, skill, and ability to provide customers with a positive experience. • Participating in, executing or overseeing projects and assignments, as required • Working directly with and reporting to the owners of the company • Creating and maintaining management procedures and processes to constantly improve and fine tune the customer experience
