Here?s what our Account Director will need to ?bring to the table": ?Extensive direct marketing experience including large scale direct mail campaigns ? rookies need not apply ?You will have led a direct marketing agency team serving your major brand client(s) ?Experience managing a significant national direct marketing program that would have included data and multiple controls management and aggressive test cells ?Professionalism ? you?ll be interacting with the top marketing professionals in the country ?A proven record of service and results ?Expertise in results analysis, financial analysis and developing client presentations ?Clients who will rave about your abilities and cringe at the thought of losing you
The Account Director will be responsible for the complete stewardship of assigned client business including: ?Working closely with the client on all aspects of umbrella strategic/general business planning and related budgeting ?Developing effective strategies that produce superior results. ?Driving testing and offer strategies ?Managing the development of creative project briefs and/or program proposals ?Serving as the primary liaison between the agency and client executives ?Managing, mentoring, and leading a team of remarkable direct marketing professionals ?Inspiring the creative team to do exceptional, on-target creative, based on rock-solid ROI analysis ?Leading your team to greatness by example ?Achieving the impossible while keeping your sense of humor
